Motivation Monday!
Motivation is not something you are given or born with.
Yes, motivation is a mental muscle you need to train but also
motivation, staying motivated, full of energy, avoiding easily temptations (sweets or gym?) and committing to long-term goals VS now rewards, this is defined by our biochemistry, what neurotransmitters circulate in our blood and brain.Not enough of some neurotransmitters like Dopamine can get your motivation down to non-existent levels.
What to do about it?
Well,
you can eat your way into it!
